Service Description

If you need a session sooner you can book one of the paid, but still low-cost Hypnosis sessions or join Patreon for lower cost, but monthly support. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis and, when done with a trained practitioner like myself, you'll be guided deep into your subconscious mind to explore how and when you formed certain beliefs and behaviors. From there I help you to rewire your negative programing with new beliefs and positive affirmations to take home with you. These sessions are truly transformative and powerful.
